Thriving food

I have never eaten this good for this many days in a row as in the last ten days. And I am sure the kitchen staff did an outstanding job in cooking delicious food, but there is something else about the food here that makes it very special.
The immediate locality and freshness, the flavor complexity and the well being of the land, plants and animals around this place. It is impossible to explain because I would need to write in a language that touches all your senses.

It is not one thing in particular that makes it good, but the whole around it. It’s not just great vegetables because there are no chemichals in it but the soil is healthy and all creatures living there are thriving which makes the vegetables thrive.
Every being on this farm is thriving and allowed to express it’s physiology without too much human interference. Taking a step back and assuming nature knows better how to manage itself is a fresh approach on farming and you can taste it.
